Trending @Accenture; What is Redeployment Process?

Hi all, I recently came to bench as project completed and I received an email where it states within 45 days I have to get the project, else I will go through redeployment process. What is this? What happens after 45 days? I am stressed and worried. Can someone hive me insights of this. Thanks
