What is really going on in the SBI account????

Suddenly they have started releasing a lot of associates from development teams. But according to my information, there is a lot of development work still pending. So what’s really going on behind the scenes? Suddenly they have started releasing the associates citing mostly non sensible reasons. Does anyone know what's the actual reason behind this drama??
