It's like a retention bonus. If you are receiving this amount on certain specified dates, then if you plan to resign then you need to pay it back. If you haven't received this amount please connect with your HR partner.

I've been informed that there's no such clause for paying back and the senior manager has gone ahead to confirm that it'll be added in CTC next year. Any thoughts?

I'm calling the bluff till HR confirms in writing.

It is stated in the letter that it starts from April 2025. Haven’t received it in April Pay. So should I connect with my HR partner or raise the Ticket ?
