What is policy in rmg to stop pay ?

Today I was told by rmg that they will stop my pay if they received 3 negative email from accounts. Which is not correct 2 emails were sent from some shitty project station that I don’t know cpp which they didn’t even asked in interview I have been on bench since 2 weeks and they will stop my pay ?
