Pip is for D band candidates which will take your performance pay and performance bonus from your package for a year and it will be restored if you clear pip successful
In pip your current manager will give you goals and you have to achieve them it'll be same as continuous feedback it'll be for 3 months each month you will have meeting with hr and supervisor after 4 th meeting the pip will be closed
