What is PIP in TCS?
Who has the authority to put an employee from the project to PIP, I'm hearing this quite often. Can anyone just brief about this??

PIP is performance improvement plan. employees who are not meeting their job performance goals will be put in pip. Manager and HR has authority. Result of PIP is if you met the performance then your job will stay else they will terminate
