Trending @Cognizant; What is PDP bench period for PA/ Associate
I'm on bench since August 2023 no timeline and my role is as a programmer analyst, I will be eligible for promotion to associate in April, but I doubt they will make me associate or not. I don't know, on what basis they promote to next role and also what is timeline for PA/A level employees in PDP?

And about promotion they have a criteria for 2years tenure and ratings of around 4 sort of.

Same for me also but i’m on bench since jan 2024 and my role is Programmer Analyst and i am not they will promote to Associate or not, I asked to my manager about my promotion he ignored and after he told me not sure about that
