What is the payroll cycle in tcs. I got my wings 1 updated offer letter on 15th of sept. Can I expect to get salary this month or next month.

You should get it this month. Usually it is 22nd of each month except Feb and March

Payroll freeze date is 8th of every month. So you would receive the arrears (if applicable) in the next month's (Oct) salary and payslip.
