What is payout after completion of pip ? Any HR's please answer . Thanks in advance

Hii , I have completed pip period successfully in dec 2024 . Due to D band they put me on pip .. At and whole FY 24 I have faced reduced salary from 4.2 to 3.5 LPA . Also there was no perf pay and quarterly pay for me 😔 Now I am out of pip so what will be salary ? Is there increment/ aprisal allowed to me or I'll be still at 3.5 for next FY also ?? If they match my previous package in tcs and give hike according to that or hike will be based on reduced package ??
