What is Other Company Recruiters saying about TCS?

I started giving out interviews from last 6 months gave out lot of interviews. Recruiters from other organization are taking advantage of the current crises in tcs. Since our great champ Ceo said we are firing unskilled staff. While his hike was 330% as reported.

All recruiters are saying are you being fired or are you on bench, TechM said we are not like tcs we pay our variable pay to our employees and flexible on WFO. HCL too said we provide better benefits compared to your current pay structure.

No hike from June 2024, 5% hike for A band, its sad.

90 days notice we cannot wait for 3 months.

Are you from tcs we can only offer 30%.

My learning we have no respect left, once people said wow Tata, now they are saying another candidate from tcs...oh no!!!!
