Trending @Capgemini; What is Ocean assessment test in CG

I joined Capgemini in Jan 2025 a month as C1 grade and they took one internal assessment for the project but I couldn't clear. Now they ask to do an ocean assessment test for c1-c2. Is that something we need to worry about. What happens if we don't clear? Can anyone please suggest this. Thanks

It's not like that, you aren't eligible for the next level until you clear it.

for 1yr i was not given project but luckily due to demand i crack client round but i get need improvement rating means i will be moved to pip

i have the same experience if you not clear they will not allocate to you another project citing skills etc even your probation will not clear so better look outside
