Trending @Capgemini; What is notice period during bench period?

No matter either you are in probation or on bench or working normally, all have fucking 3 months notice period

I was on bench for 5 months almost. HR didn't gave early release as well.

I'm not sure I'm also looking for a early release if BUYOUT option is available

During probation period what is notice period?

90 days if complete probation period
