Trending @HCL; What is Nippon buddy app? Is it mandatory for everyone?

I never actually cares about this application, before it called sapience buddy later renamed to Nippon Buddy is a HCLSoftware in-house application. They always push employee who uses HCL Laptop to work for/more 8 hours.

I did 12-13 hours/day because of work. Now switched to client laptop, feeling freedom now. Happy Independence Day 😂

In client laptop nipon getting pushed, but it calculates less hrs always

Less than 70% will be under scanner

It's used to track ur productivity yes it's is mandatory.. they will micro manage how long you are logged in and how many breaks you took
