What is my end game from here?

I (24M) am a business analyst with expertise in tableau and SQL. Currently working in a small consulting firm. I recently switched my domain from automobile to IT. I am not sure what the future holds for me. Which path should I take or which skills to learn. Any kind of career advice would be helpful. Also any advice on finding a job overseas?
