What is my best bet to increase my chances of masters admission in top 30 colleges of USA for top 30?

I am software engineer with 3 years of experience in a consumer product company. I want to do masters programme in AI in USA. I am considering top 50 colleges. I am hopeful to crack GRE with 320+ with my preparation. I am planning to apply 1 year from now.
