Hi all, What is the maximum bench policy in Accenture?

I want to know if you are rolled off from project in Deloitte India. How much time can you stay on bench, then too when you have recently been confirmed. Also, is there a risk of being fired?

How long can someone be on the bench in Capgemini? What is Capgemini’s bench policy for the employees? Also, is the time period different for freshers?
