What is Laid off count. ?

I am sorry for asking but just want to understand what isnir guess about the number who have already laid off considering switchin / force resign/ termination etc

Someone in my known has said, if they force you and you accept to resign, then it will fall under attrition rate.
And if you don't accept to resign then you will be counted under layoffs.

So thier target 🎯 is 12K only in layoffs. And 30K or 40K or whatever, will be attrition. Hope you understand. As 95% will accept for resignation rather than spoiling their future.
