What is it like working at Ola.. I got an offer from them and want to understand about the work culture and onboarding process

I have few friends who were working at ola as senior SDEs and they mentioned work culture is lil toxic. I can’t be sure since I haven’t worked there and personally i think it depends a-lot on your manager and team.
