What is IPF in appraisal cycle

I am completing 1yr in tcs this month. I have submitted sef evaluation for anniversary appraisal. Manager review is also done and mostly he gave 5start for most of the goals and attributes. The current stage of cycle is showing IPF stage and overall IPF is 4.56. what does it mean?
