
Mid 20s Crisis..
Is it common for someone in mid 20s experience diminishing attention span and mental fatigue? Any advices on how to keep brain active like it was before. (I can literally feel the difference)
Anyone who has done it or has knowledge about it, I want genuine insights & complete details of it. If you have any better Suggestions for this you're always welcomed 😊
