What is in-hand salary for 19 lpa CTC ?

If your in TCS then you need to calculate : Lpa/15.8 = monthly salary.

That means 19,00,000 / 15.8 = 1,20,254.

Around 1.1L per month u will get in TCS for that CTC

It all depends on how they have broken down your CTC. Alot of times they put a great portion to bonus, variable Pay, etc so you may get just 1 Minimum per month I guess.
