What is hike % they have given
I am C3A and my manager said they have given me A+ but I have received only 7% now I have doubt if they actually given A+ or not. There is a C1 who got A but received 5.6%. we are from BFSI domain. But I have heard some of them got 15% and also 10% for A band whose grades are C2 and C3A

A+ will be given to resources who has performed extremely well or has complete dependency on them in the project. But in my case i fought with management this year because they gave B for past 3 yrs even if I have to takeup most of the work in my project. But they used to give A and A+ to their favourite resources
