What is hike % in Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Deloitte..?

It depends on your CTC, if it’s less than you can expect around 100% hike.

In TCS you wont get anything at all in the first year. It will start in 2nd year. You can definitely expect 3% average. 5% best.
