Some people have 2 months of notice period while some people are still struggling with 3 months notice period and getting hard to get a job outside because every company wants immediate joiners.

Some people got promoted after 2 years from PA to A and then they decided it should be 30 months from DOJ to become eligible. Then people are still struggling to get promotion from PA to A.

Difficult to get release from project and even if you get released its difficult to find a good domain. Worst management happened so far.

Tip for new joiners or people coming to Cognizant because of good package they are offering - Please either don't join or leave early as soon as possible.
Before covid ,it was 2 months of notice period After covid, it was 3 months of np.
They are changing criterias for promotion every year. Increasing the years for promotion every year
