Trending @Infosys; What is ECR (early career reward)?

I am a SSE from 1st January 2025. When will i receive this ECR? What are the chances to get this. Please let me know if anybody knows about this.

You will get ECR in salary of June month for April, May and June. And after that you can expect salary increase of around 2.5k from July onwards.
