I have joined Accenture around July with level 9 Technology SAP SD-LE exp 6.7 salary 12 fixed. If it's low whom ask for raise

Discuss with the manager or lead. Then with hr people if the manager is fine with this

My lead came from other company as a level 9 she had 18 fixed . Talk with your leadership level -5 or 6 explain your achievements and work with nice ppt. CC HR also in meeting invite.

12 fixed is sure low for CL9, but your YOE is also lesser in comparison with others at same level. I know someone personally who is continuously working at accenture for almost 10 years now (accenture being their first company) (CL9) (SAP PM) and getting 1,10,000 in-hand per month.

So it does seem okay-ish in comparison.
