What is considered to be a good t-factor?

My tfactor is 3.5+.
My team mates with less than 1 got promotions. It hasnt helped me in anyway.

No use for tfactor unless you are trying for wings2. Dont waste your time.

If your manager, TL all tech things understood means they value your efforts, else it's void.
