What is concept of War Room

Suppose you are released on 6/6/24, you will be reporting to your RMG from 7/6/24. Your RMG will try to allocate you to different projects within your IOU, interviews will be taken and consent has to be shared from your part. If this continues for 15 business days and you haven't got any suitable project or any project has not soft-blocked you(mail), your profile will be in the Global pool, i.e. any IOU's RMG can interview you and post-interview can give you allocation.
