What is cloud Job

I was working in a BPS project in TCs for last 4 years in an inbound project. Somehow on weekends I have completed AWS practitioner is it enough to get a job as cloud engineer or any role in cloud project or is it possible to switch..

And what team I will be working with if I secured a job in cloud, I mean will that be a support project or Devops or development or testing I don't have much knowledge about IT. Please share your opinion what is cloud engineer what exactly it is
