What is career growth

I am 2+ years experienced Software engineer working/worked on Java, Springboot, postgresql, couchbase, elastic search. I wonder what is career growth when people talk about it.

It is really subjective, for some joining Google is growth, earning high salary is growth, getting promoted is growth etc.

Really, neither of them is making me feel excited? Where am I🥲
