Where I seem to be rejected or didn't get any feedback from them. Yesterday scheduled a call by RmG with some people like HR and mentor it seems. Can any one help me with what is BOTP and How it goes ?

BOTP is Back on Track Plan, basically a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at Capgemini. It's like a silent layoff strategy where they give tough tasks to push u out. 😅 Focus on upskilling and look for other opportunities, bro.

Yeah, thanks for the reply. Also Am I able to reach out to the consent HR from RMG to challenge my latest interview where I performed well but rejected ?
