What is better in the long run: Consulting roles in companies like Deloitte/Infosys or Retail job in any prominent Retail company

I'm having two job offers currently in my hand and both of them are something which really excites me. Now I'm thinking what will be better in the long run and what the future landscape of both the industries looks like.
