Salaried employment is better when your work needs formal education or gvmt certification like dr. Or lawyer or CA. Rest any employment is basically drudgery sometimes borderline slavery beyond a certain years of experience. Business is better if you have twice the capital required to sustain the business for 3 years without making any profit. Even with enough money, business is not suitable for everyone. I if you are a first gen entrepreneur everyday is a struggle and unless one has lots of luck, it will fail. Having tasted entrepreneurship, it's very difficult to get back into employment. Business is more like riding a cycle. It's very difficult at the start when you begin to pedal as the cycle picks up speed, it balances itself and easy to pedal. Maintaining speed is relatively easier than pedalling from a stop.
