What is best asking for promotion or trying wings1?
Im currently 5 years experienced and have completed innovator coding challenge but all non tech tracks are pending.
Should i ask manager to promote or i wait and attempt non tech tracks?
Clear wings1, then you will tagged as “high talent” candidate and then ask for promotion. Atleast that way you will have some leverage
Where will this be tagging done for digital candidates ?
I am not sure, but i think it is done into ultimatix / TD portal. Sadly we wont able to see if we are tagged. But yes, when you clear wings one, you do get mail stating you have now been marked as ‘Hi-Talent Resource’ Recently in my neighbouring project, they gave retained only candidates who had cleared digital exam, and for rest they released from the project. Hence i think there would be some leverage
