Trending @Infosys; What is bench policy in infosys

I recently release from project and now on bench. My profile is Specialist programmer L2 and having 4 yrs of experience. Today one project manager approached me for project and I mentioned I don’t want to join project because currently I am upskilling myself for other technologies. She said you can not be on bench for more than 30 days. Is is correct ?? Please let me know if anyone has any idea on this ?

Don't do such things.Once you are on bench you are a liability not an asset means your are obviously not in a good position.

Actually I am planning to switch and during bench they will give early release and if I opt project then I have to serve NP of 90 days and most of the companies don’t allow for 90 days NP.

First things first, dont directly say no in this way bcoz u can end up in trouble if they mark a project refusal from ur end, as things will go to hr and all of that. If u dont want to join a project simply perform bad in the interview so that they themselves reject u
