Trending @Infosys; What is appraisal cycle?

Hi guys, I joined Infy last year in Feb, but I have got no appraisal yet! Any idea when can I expect one?

I talked to HR in Nov she said that you’ll get from April onwards now she said in July 20 “if” there are compensation revision rollout by decision of higher management then I’ll be getting a letter around July20!

What is the process I mean?
