What is an average hours an employee works in Notice period??
Hi!! I have been working for Accenture from last 3 years and i dont find any career growth or learning in this company anymore. I am trying hard to looking for new jobs but ain’t getting much calls.
My manager completely aware that im seeing new jobs. He assigns me tasks which may takes 2-3 hrs but i try to take whole day for it and study on the spare time.
While i hardly work 2-3 hrs a day and study in the rest because of WFH. I was wondering how do you guys handle such situations when working in notice periods?
I find it hard to oversell my work on daily standups which clearly reflects i took overtime to complete a simple task. What excuses do you guys make or anyone faced such scenarios?
Yeah, you're in notice period, so you can just do the bare minimum needed. What are they gonna do - fire you? 😄
The managers will understand that you’re a resigned employee who’s not very motivated, and generally they will slowly shift your tasks to other team members
Actually i haven’t filed resignation yet because market is unstable and im not getting good leads for next job.
