What is a reasonable hike% in Data Science ?

Someone with 12-16 YoE , working in a product company in Data Science and having 1 Cr+ CTC what is a reasonable hike% to expect ? How is the job market for people . Asking for my wife as she is looking for a job and not getting much calls

You may ask her to apply at Walmart. It pays well for Data science roles. Do not know the actual hike but have seen people getting good package there easily. Others: meta, google, amazon
