What if you resign on Saturday, from when it will start counting 90 days? Saturday or Monday. Very few interviewcall due to longnoticeperiod

It will start from the day you resign irrespective of Saturday or Monday. Just add 90 days to calculate your LWD.

No no they are saying start of ultimatix raised date

But you can't resign in Ultimatix directly. You can just send a resignation mail to your manager and HR. They should accept and initiate resignation in iTalent. That could take few days. Am I missing anything here?

What if you join on Saturday will you get salary starting Monday or starting Friday ?
