What if WFO index goes below 85%?

My friend can't commute to the office by investing 5 hours daily due to family and medical emergencies, she is okay with deductions in salary just to avoid reporting to the office. What consequences she may face? Who will be informed after 3 months when wfo index goes below 85%, anyone have idea??? TIA

Like earlier variable pay was tagged to WFO index. 100% pay for above 85 & 50% pay for above 60 WFO index. Is that removed? I am not aware.

It completely depends on the project, unit, HR and most important Manager. So if you’re in bad environment then yes you may face multiple consequences. But for many, only qva deduction is happening for now.

Yes, correct. It totally depends on the project and work environment. I also thought that only QVA will be deducted. But my whole salary stopped with UA marked by HR despite work
