Trending @Infosys; What if we reject short term transfer?
My current allocation to the project is ending tomorrow in the Alcon and my manager has initiated a short term transfer to Chennai but currently I am in Hyderabad. My manager has assured me that this is just internal and for documentation purpose only I do not need to travel to Chennai. Since I am new and I am having trust issues with my manager what will happen if I reject the short term transfer? From Friday my project code is showing on bench in the Alcon he told me that if I will not accept the transfer I will be put on bench. Please kindly help me in this situation. I don’t want to relocate to Chennai.
Dont worry they wont ask u to go to chennai short term transfer is for allocation purpose only, for me also it has happened multiple times.
I have also been transferred on short term. No one asked me to relocate
Accept it, just a formality, happens all the time, guys get transferred like this 1000-2000 km away.
