Trending @Cognizant; What if we get offer from another company and ask to Cognizant match atleast any one got such hike in Cognizant in there career

I know a couple of them who got a better salary with that trick .. CTS will do that as long as they see a benefit in holding you back.

But why do that at all? Is it just salary that made you look outside?? If not then don't make salary as parameter to stay.
