What if this dec month I have 3 no show , will my attendance got down below 85%? As we have christmas holiday too.. pls advise

Need urgent advice on this pls

22 working days, 3 no shows,
19 shows Index - 19/22 = 86%

You can bunk upto 3 days in a month irrespective of gov holidays and your attendance will be above 85%.

Calculate 85% wrt quater, if you have 100% in oct, nov then you can even skip more days and stll get 85%
