What if one fail in PIP assessment exam
So after project monitoring they want PIP people to give exams on technology learnt in 1 month, so what if one fails in it .... Do they terminate or ask to resign, or do they write this pip thing in relieving and experience letter?
You will be ask to resign first by yourself and if you will deny that they will notify you for being terminated. In both the case you have to leave TCS that’s the sad part.
That's not the sad part I want to leave tcs but currently I am stuck in a pip my friend resigned they are still asking to give an assessment
They will ask for it because they have to close the process in order to avoid any future consequences from employee side. Situation makes us decide which is good or bad but all the best for future endeavour.
Can someone from HR share what's the exact thing?
Do not waste time in clearing PIP assessment instead start giving interviews and switch .
