Trending @Infosys; What if my replacement is also resigned.
I joined in infy as a fresher on Nov 21 and resigned on April 25(Serving notice period). It's been 1.5 months in NP. My manager gave a replacement and I started giving KT's to him. And now he also started looking for another job and he may soon crack it for sure. So, Will it affect my LWD? What all consequences I may face if he resigned if he get an offer? Will my manager ask me to serve another 3 months to give KTs to a new guy again?

Your job is to give KT, don't worry about your replacement. Managers are there to do it, even if your present replacement resigns on your LWD, as already you gave KT that person will give KT to the next chosen one
Your lwd is fixed. It won’t change.
You are not responsible for your replacement. So chill and enjoy the show.
