Trending @Wipro; What if L2 manager not provided the comments in Appraisal?

If L1 manager is updated then L2 not updated in the appraisal review comments.is it hike will provide?or is L2 manager review compulsory to move forward in the appraisal cycle?

For me L2 review is pending they are not even caring regarding the feedback and our appraisals.

This is application issue and rating has been already submitted by L2 now it’s pending with HR once HR submitted then we will get our ratings asap after 8th june
