What will happen here , will i get notice period of 3 months or not?

You will get 3 months notice period. By the time you will get PiP your notice period will be over

NI you will get in Jan. they will initatebPIP by march

If you have offer resign if you don't let them ask you to go instead of pip you'll get 3-5 months salary if you don't choose pip

In 3-5 months salary only basic salary given or full salary as per month we are getting currently ?

Yes even after getting NI you will continue in same project and After initiating PIp also you will be there. Only if you are on bench you won’t be onboarded to new project after getting NI till you clear your PIp. But in some case if hr has not yet locked people get into project in NI as well. But once on PIp you can’t move from bench to project.
