Trending @HCL; What if I don't serve notice period

I would like to seek clarification regarding the notice period policy. In case an employee is unable to serve the full notice period due to personal reasons(Mental Health is fucked up in HCL), could you please confirm whether a relieving letter and experience letter would still be issued?

I am willing to forgo F&F if required

Not yet, waiting for offer letter from another company, once received then will resign, any advice on how to get release within 30 days ?

You might need to pay some cost to the company and you can get all the documents
