Trending @Cognizant; What if I don't follow the RTO model?
I just got a call from PM regarding the RTO that 3 days wfo is mandatory. I was wfh for last 2 weeks. I go to office 3 weeks everyday then take 2 weeks wfh. But he said if I miss the rto compliance it may cause issue for him and me. I am billable. There is no transportation under my project so I have to pay for my travelling which is not affordable with what salary they pay. Right now I will be going to office for 3 weeks 5 days a week but what will happen if I again start wfh for some weeks as diwali is also near?

I'm still working from home, don't know what's the fuss about 😂
If they take any action, I'll just get up and leave. It's not like they're paying me very much 😉

😂 same here bro, I’m going just 2 days a month, no one is noticing and also I’m booking seats for myself.

I’ve not been to the office a single day in September. I haven’t got any mail, advisory letter or anything. And I don’t plan to go to the office now. Am I safe until I get mail?

Even I’ve the same doubt bro, because I’m not going office but Didn’t set any emails from cts

How many days/months it’s been that you’re not going?

Depends on your project.

Take prior permission from your managers. If they are booking a seat for you in odc and you're not reporting means, chances are there that you will get automated mail saying 'provide a reason for not reporting' copying your home manager

They are not booking any seat for me. I also don't have cab facility. I have to use public transport. I have not received any mail regarding the rto. Only my pm told me.
..tell your manager since he needs you to comply with RTO rules, then you are entitled for transportation. Also that you are billable, they have to provide cabs. Like someone here mentioned, leave if they are not flexible.
