Trending @Wipro; What if I don't follow a hybrid policy for 1 month only?

I have to go to the office 3 Days a week as per the hybrid policy. But, because of bad weather in Pune, I don't want to go to the office for a month. Will wipro terminate me?

I was at my hometown from 1st may to 30th june and I did not get mail or warning so i think you can also take it. But better one time inform HR.

I don't think they will terminate. You might get HR warning letter.
